A Serial Entrepreneur

  1. How do we solve the problem of unemployment in your own perspective?

Undergraduates should make sure to learn their desired skill before graduation.
Nigerians should stop looking up to the government for jobs but rather create jobs.
It is a known fact that money lays in problems, and every community has one problem or more, people should learn to find solutions to problems and make money from it. For instance if there’s no water in a particular area, one can dig a borehole while others buy water from him/her. Same goes for some areas that don’t have anyone managing their refuse dumps.
Have the mindset of being a problem solver. Don’t depend on government or family for job or help. Start small no matter how small and grow big
Make sure you register your business with CAC so you can interact with both local and International buyers.
Most of the big names today like Google, DHL, Alibaba and Dangote started small. Don’t think about what people will say. Deal with that procrastination and start. Start small grow big and bigger with time, dedication and passion.

What are you doing presently as a woman to change and improve the lives of women In general?

I run a free and paid trainings on different skills that can make women independent.
I encourage men to empower their women so they can have a plan B & C.
I’m registered with some associations like NASME, whenever there’s an opening, I am given a slot, mostly I give it out to women to encourage them become better financially.
